What’s on Our Homeschool Cart

Ahhh, the homeschool cart. One of my favorite things I’ve added to our homeschool!

Why do I need it? We have a homeschool room, but I often find us doing our math and reading lessons at the kitchen table (because there’s more room to spread out). So, instead of making a million trips to the homeschool room to grab all of our supplies…I wheel the homeschool cart out to the table! It has everything I need for our main lessons. It also helps the kids knowing their curriculum is all in one place.

So let’s dive into what is on our cart.

First off, the 3 Tier Rolling Cart I have is from Target (You can find it in the link below).

Metal Utility Cart

To organize it, I use a couple of different things. I used these magazine file holders to store all of our curriculum and this little wooden pencil holder for things we need to use often during lessons (dry erase markers, pencils, highlighters, chalk, etc). The rest of the dividers and organizers I’ve collected over the years are from Target.

Putting together a homeschool cart is simple and you can truly make it whatever you want! I’ve seen art carts, homeschool carts, and even carts with stuff just for mom.

Here’s some things we have on our homeschool cart:

Homeschool essentials
Math supplies
Reading supplies
